Litigation Counsel

Funt & Company Litigation Counsel was established to serve clients conducting litigation involving the powers, duties, and obligations of the government (“public law litigation”). 

The firm’s partners, Christopher Funt and Marianna Jasper, have experience acting for large institutions, governments, businesses, and individuals.

The firm's practice includes acting as consulting counsel, that is, assisting other lawyers with the conduct of demanding or unusual matters.
